We made some staffing shake-ups recently and we feel they’re big enough to make public. Some are new, some will be familiar to existing clients. Either way we’re excited to share the news with you.

Julie Marcie — New Sales Consultant

Many of our customers already know Julie as an Account Manager. We’re happy to announce that she has accepted a new position on our outside sales team as an Sage Sales Consultant. She will focus exclusively on various Sage products, including leading up sales efforts for our rental management module for Sage 100, Automated Rental Management.

For those of you who do not know Julie, she has been with BCS ProSoft for 11 years. She has served as an Account Manager for the past 6 years and before that she served 5 years in our Sage 100 Support Department. Prior to joining BCS ProSoft we was a Sage AccPacc consultant and a certified train for core Sage solutions and QuickBooks in Austin, Texas.

Kathi Graf — Account Manager

Julie’s a hard act to follow and leaves some big shoes to fill in our Account Management department. We can’t think of anyone better for this role than our very own Kathi Graf.

Kathi has served as a Sage 100 Support Technician for BCS ProSoft for 11 years. Before joining us she had already been a power user for a number of years. She knows the product inside and out and her transitioning to our Account Management team is a no-brainer.

Wesley Murrell — Account Manager

We’d like to re-welcome Wesley to our Account Management team where he will focus on strategic accounts and our clients in Colroado. Long-time BCS ProSoft customers may have worked with Wesley previously when he worked in our San Antonio headquarters. We reluctantly parted ways when he and his wife had the opportunity to move to Houston — before BCS officially opened an office in the Bayou City.

Well the stars have aligned and we’re happy to welcome Wesley back to the team. It’s been 6 years, but he’s been busy serving as the Project Manager for GoStephens’ ERP implementation and worked in various other capacities. With more than 18 years of progressive experience, Wesley is a maestro of Project and Account Management.

George Manglaris — NetSuite Project Manager

George has actually been with us for about a year now, but we felt it would make sense to reintroduce him. With 25+ years in the enterprise software industry, George brings rich experience where he has served as a Programmer, IT Director, Professional Services Manager, and Senior Account Executive for both manufacturing and software publishing companies.

George is a former Regional Sales Manager for Sage Software and Plex ERP based in Grapevine. He joined us to help build grow our NetSuite ERP practice. He’s made considerable progress over the past year and we’ve worked with a number of new companies, including some existing Sage 100 and Sage MAS 500 clients who wanted to transition to the cloud.

Chad Margotta — Support Technician

When we announced internally that Julie would be moving to Sales and Kathi to Account Management, Chad was the first person to jump on the opportunity to move to our Support Department, which we are expanding to include Deltek Vision and NetSuite Support.

Chad was the first guinea pig in our internship program, which we have turned in a full-blown initiative here at BCS over the past year. While still in school Chad worked as a Proposal Manager upon graduation moved full-time in the Project Coordinator position where he works closely with senior project managers and scheduling consultants for various engagements.
