Automated Rental Management (ARM) publisher – BCS ProSoft – continues to accelerate its momentum and expand its business and technology consulting services by acquiring Tulsa-Based Steward Consulting, Inc.
TULSA, OK / SAN ANTONIO, TX – October 31, 2018 – Automated Rental Management (ARM) software publisher – BCS ProSoft (BCS), a technology services firm and provider of Sage, Deltek and NetSuite business management systems – announced today that it has finalized a merger with Top 100 VAR and Platinum level Sage 100 partner, Steward Consulting, Inc. (SCI). The firms have signed a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all the assets of SCI, and the transaction was finalized on September 1, 2018.
“BCS is a valued Sage reseller who shares our goals of exceptional quality customer service and our vision for helping customers achieve the needed results from their business software solutions,” said SCI Founder and CEO, Darin Steward, in an announcement letter to SCI clients. “BCS will be able to provide our clients with greater resources to improve their use of Sage 100, along with other Sage Software products and add-ons solutions as their businesses continue to change.”
The transaction expands BCS ProSoft’s Sage 100 practice and professional services by acquiring an office with eight employees in Tulsa. BCS will also benefit from an expanded presence in Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri where SCI hosts Sage customer conferences and is active in Sage 100 user groups.
